Main Squeeze, a delightful vegetarian restaurant located in Columbia, MO, has garnered rave reviews for its welcoming atmosphere and innovative menu. Customers consistently praise the attentive service and character-rich environment, making it an inviting spot for both locals and visitors alike. Great service. It was my first time trying this place and the person at the counter helped me get a great smoothie. I don’t like sweet drinks so she recommended something that was perfect. Everyone was nice and I’ll be back.

This place is amazing! So many delicious vegetarian options to choose from, and the restaurant has a busy but homey vibe with lots of character. The quinoa salad was very filling but not heavy, and the juice of the day was perfectly bright, bold, and refreshing. Can't wait to go back!

I'm so glad the Main Squeeze brought back their food options! We ordered the smash burgers and they were very good! We also ordered the coffee shakes togo(we recommend ordering any drinks together with food, it can be a bit of a wait for the drinks) Overall the experience was great and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for very healthy alternatives.

Went for lunch today! Found a parking spot right away. Staff was very friendly and extra helpful. Food was absolutely delicious. It's so difficult to decide what to order... get it all! The seaweed bacon... wow, so good! I love this place!!

So, good news / bad news. Sept 2024. They are now a smoothie and ice cream shop / assorted vegan store / bulk refill store ... But .... Talking to the employee at the front counter, it sounds like the owner is selling the menu and restaurant name to a new owner and the restaurant should be opening back up again! Estimated in February of 2025. There is hope for my favorite Reuben again! *** They have their usual smoothies, including the classic Curious George. We tried a good sized scoop of the Supernatural Chocolate and the Black & Gold Cookies & Cream ice creams that they just launched last week. Both were good. The texture was reasonably creamy if slightly icy, it sounds like a blend of coconut and oat milk. The Cookies were in big chunks with a couple of different kinds, definitely worth trying. The flavor was good. The chocolate was pretty chocolatey, although with no chunks, flakes, or fudge. *** An all Vegan / Vegetarian place, nice little college town style cafe. I'm a bit over-due to visit and update my review, I haven't had cause to drive through town for a while. The Rueben is delicious... one of my favorites - I think I've only been to maybe one or two places that top it. Although its maybe not so traditional with lettuce and tomato, but has a nice fresh touch, with strong sauerkraut, nice thin slices of tempeh, and a strong house made sauce - great balance of flavors. Seriously, I go out of my way just for this one sandwich. Has assorted other things, smoothies like their peanut butter and banana smoothie, typical old school hippie style food - like black bean burritos, Buda Bowls and the like. Staff have always been friendly, generally appear to be local college students. Cafe hours have been a little iffy on occasion, always good to have a backup plan. There have been some negative reviews about some issues and inconsistencies - I don't get through often enough to verify but have always had a good experience myself.

Main Squeeze has it's cafe menu back, many of the Wraps, bowls and sandwiches you'll remember, just with new names, I had the Chorizo Burrito and an Arnold Palmer and it was great! Friends had the Buddah Bowl, Tempeh Ruben and the impossible burger, and all were delighted! Check it out!

My family and I enjoyed this cute place. We found parking on the side of the road and paid the meter a couple quarters, so that we had time to walk around after lunch. When you walk in, the vibe is cool and relaxed. You order and receive a funny plastic doll for the server to find you after your meal is ready. We got the plastic elephant. You serve yourself any condiments, utensils, and filtered water if you need. To start, my son had Bi-curiously George Smoothie which was like a liquid peanut butter sundae...yummy. To eat, I had the veggie burger, my son had the TKO and my hubby had a special of day wrap called Three Sisters. The TKO had a spicy sauce that my son thought was the perfect amount of heat. My husband could not finish his wrap it was so big and I loved the veggie burger with the soft bun. As a side we ordered roasted potatoes which was a nice change to your regular French fries. The service was delightful. This was a great place to visit with vegan, vegetarian, and some gluten free options. We will definitely be back.

Classic Columbia spot with a revived cafe menu of many old favorites plus some new gems, including the Impossible smash burger, which my thoroughly omnivorous husband raved about. I also picked up The Works, quesadillas, and some taters for the family. All was delicious. Online ordering is super easy and seamless, and the food is well-packaged.
